User Accounts

Creating and maintaining your account on our platform.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

You must be at least 16 years old to use our platform

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

DJ Profiles & Bookings

Guidelines for DJs offering services and users booking entertainment.

For DJs

DJs must provide accurate information about their services, rates, and availability

DJs must maintain professional standards in all interactions

DJs must honor confirmed bookings unless extraordinary circumstances prevent fulfillment

DJs may be subject to verification processes to ensure quality and authenticity

Bookings

Payment terms are agreed between DJs and clients; Afrobeats.no is not party to these agreements

Users should attempt to resolve booking disputes directly; we provide support when needed

Cancellation policies are set by individual DJs and must be respected

We are not liable for the performance or non-performance of DJ services

Content & Community Guidelines

Rules for content shared on our platform and community interactions.

All content must respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights

Content must be appropriate for a diverse, international audience

Information about events, music, and artists must be accurate and not misleading

Community interactions must be respectful and free from harassment or discrimination

Commercial content and self-promotion must be clearly identified and not spam

Content must comply with Norwegian law and applicable international regulations

Intellectual Property

Respect for intellectual property rights is fundamental to our platform.

Users retain ownership of content they create and upload

By uploading content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it on our platform

You must respect the intellectual property rights of musicians, artists, and other content creators

We comply with DMCA and will respond to valid takedown notices

Use of trademarks and copyrighted material must have proper authorization
